Enter to win the Science of Savings Challenge!

National Youth Month

Every child dreams about their future. Many dreams require money to come true. One way you can help your child achieve their dreams is by teaching them to save.

Throughout April, South Florida Educational Federal Credit Union and the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) will celebrate National Youth Month, a program that helps teach and encourage kids to develop good financial habits. Students under the age of 18 who open a new Credit Union savings account or existing members who make a deposit during April, will be entered into CUNA's National Youth Savings Challenge for a chance to win one of ten $100 national prizes.*

Additionally, the Credit Union will be selecting one winner from each branch to receive two movie tickets to any Regal or AMC theater. All students of M-DCPS and MDC are eligible for Credit Union Membership.

*In May, the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) will randomly select and give a $1,000 grand prize to a participating credit union. That credit union will then randomly select 10 winners from its entrants. South Florida Educational Federal Credit Union will notify you if you are a winner. The National Youth Saving Challenge is FREE and open to all youth under 18 who visit a participating credit union during April. A deposit is not required to enter; parents/guardians giving permission for their youth to enter can submit on a 3" x 5" piece of paper the following information to their credit union: name, date, and current age. Limit one entry per person. Odds of winning depend on the number of entrants. This contest is void where prohibited.
