eAlerts are now a part of our growing list of free services available to members. eAlerts are emails or text messages sent to notify you of certain transactions or events happening on your account. eAlert notifications can be sent to any email and/or cell phone address of your choice. This service is available through our FREE Online Banking and can be customized by you to meet your individual needs.
You can receive multiple eAlerts from an expansive array of notifications, for example:
- Daily Balance eAlert - Sends the balance(s) in an account once daily.
- Loan Payment Due eAlert - Select how many days in advance you want to be alerted for a particular loan payment due date.
- Large Withdrawal eAlert - This eAlert notifies you each time any withdrawal equals or exceeds an amount you specify.
- Item eAlert - This eAlert allows you to enter a check number and be notified when it clears.
If you are already registered for Online Banking, signing up for eAlerts is quick and easy. Login to Online Banking and select the "Settings" link on the menu bar and the “eAlerts” link on the sub menu bar. You may then choose your settings and the individual eAlerts you would like to receive. There is no limit to the number of eAlerts you may add to your account. However, eAlerts are separated by categories: Events, Balance, Transaction, Item, Security and Personal. You will need to select your desired eAlert notifications from each category.
