Virtual Annual Meeting

85th Annual Meeting

Join us on Thursday, January 21st, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. for our Annual Meeting. To ensure the health and safety of our members, this year's meeting will be held virtually via Zoom. During the meeting, our Annual Report will be presented and election results will be announced for the Board of Directors.

Meeting Agenda

The order of business at the Annual Meeting shall be:

  2. Meeting Called to Order — Henry Horstmann, Board Chairman
    1. Ascertainment of a quorum
    2. Appointment of a Recording Secretary & Minutes Committee
    3. Appointment of a Sergeant-at-Arms
  3. Annual Meeting Minutes — Wandarece Ruan, 2020 Annual Meeting Recording Secretary
  4. Report of the Board Chair — Henry Horstmann, Board Chairman
  5. Report of the President & CEO — Michael DiBenedetto, President & CEO
  6. Report of the Supervisory Committee — Olga Botero, Supervisory Committee Chairperson
  7. Unfinished Business — Henry Horstmann, Board Chairman
  8. New Business — Henry Horstmann, Board Chairman
  9. Report of the Nominating Committee — Wandarece Ruan, Nominating Committee Chairperson
